Careers Programme

CVVID delivers uniquely engaging careers, and enterprise education experience for pupils at KS3, KS4 and post 16 addressing the Gatsby benchmarks. The key focuses of the programme are around career pathways, CV building and interview skills, and employer engagement.

The aim of the careers programme is to inspire and empower young learners to achieve more in life through insights into opportunities available to them as well as employability skills to help them become job ready.

In KS3 the focus is on introducing careers to the learners, as well as looking at personal development and confidence building. In KS4, there is more focus on career pathways, work experience and progression. And finally in the post 16 careers programme, there is a look at apprenticeships, universities, work experience and job readiness and employability.

Admissions

CVVID delivers a unique solution that integrates career advice with destinations. As pupils develop a Video CV we securely ensure the right FE, HE and vocational training providers see it. This places your pupils in a stronger position in their post 16 journey.

The admissions and job portal will give users the ability to access courses, apprenticeships and jobs (work experience, internships and employment) through the protal. This will enable colleges, sixth forms and universities another platform to advertise their opportunities too.

Digital Passport

CVVID delivers careers and enterprise with purpose Actively enabling pupils to progress to their careers destinations by integrating educational achievement and employment aspirations in a single platform.

This career passport will enable rich data to track progress of each learner through their early years and into employment post education. This will provide institutions a platform to report and record key achievements, industry requirements and provide useful insights for OFSTED.
